Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. After 30 days, material costs and labor rates are subject to change, and a revised quote may be necessary.
A signed proposal or work order is required before any work begins. Verbal agreements do not constitute a binding service contract.

Warranty coverage is void if work has been modified by parties other than Prime Builders & Roofing, or if damage results from misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or pre-existing structural issues not disclosed at the time of the project.
